Regional Sales Manager – Midwest - Drive ProCast parts sales growth through active engagement with the existing sales channel (direct & indirect) and end user customers. This growth will be accomplished by aggressively developing new end user customers through customer visits/presentations, frequent sales training, sales support, frequent evaluation of sales channel performance and new sales channel development where required.
Developing and executing annual sales plan.
Training, communicating and motivating sales channel to sell ProCast’s slurry pump products.
Regular sales calls and presentations to customers.
Working with end user customers to show them how to improve the life cycle of their slurry pump equipment.
New customer development.
Regular evaluation and measurement of sales channel effectiveness. Recommendations and implementation of changes when required.
Quotation support and follow up on large jobs.
General sales support for sales channel and active coordination with ProCast team.
Maintaining good knowledge of competition and development of strategy to out sell them in the marketplace.
Frequent communications with Sales & Marketing Manager on all related sales activities.
Travel required: 50%.
