Malone Workforce Solutions is actively recruiting the best and brightest in the industry. Malone's Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the business development and implementation of sales strategy in a specified region or geographical area. The RSM manages the regional sales pipeline with a focus on closing accounts. The RSM will partner with the assigned Regional Vice President (RVP) to execute their region’s growth strategy. The Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sales generation, development of leads, and business development for an assigned Regional area through networking, cold calling, community involvement, and telemarketing
  • Develops and publishes strategic sales plans for mid to major market accounts and executes them to generate new revenue sources for Malone
  • Qualify potential new business for their territory and negotiate pricing and payment terms based on corporate guidelines
  • Sales planning and relationship building with internal and external customers
  • Meet sales goals and metrics given
  • Communicate with branch offices and work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Understand and articulate specific competitive landscape information
  • Successfully recruit, hire, onboard, lead and train, and support the BDMs assigned as direct reports
  • Collaborate and support a healthy work environment while embracing the Malone core values.

The Qualifications:

  • Experience with the sales cycle within the staffing industry is required
  • Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work a flexible schedule
  • Able to travel to meet with customers within the territory
