Pay Rate: $55k-$70k/yr

What you'll be doing (duties of this position):
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications.
- Assist with document drafting, presentation preparation, and expense reports.
- Maintain electronic and paper files for easy retrieval.
- Schedule, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes as needed.
- Handle all aspects of executive travel, including bookings and itineraries.
- Support special projects by conducting research and preparing reports.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- 3-5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple leaders in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in document preparation, editing, and presentation creation with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated skills in calendar management, appointment scheduling, and prompt correspondence handling.
- Proven ability to coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Upholds professionalism with confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.
- Demonstrates consistent job stability and commitment in previous roles.
