Job Description – Customer Service Representative
Company Description:
International Biomedical Ltd. is a leading supplier of innovative medical products to the global marketplace. We design and manufacture a wide range of medical device solutions from Neonatal Transport units to Glucose and Blood Gas Monitoring systems and Radiation Attenuating Surgical Gloves.
Job Description:
This position is responsible for the accurate preparation of quotations; entry of customer purchase orders and for addressing customer and field sales calls regarding IB products and services. Also responsible for the accurate entry and maintenance of all customer data bases and information.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchase orders as soon as possible to minimize shipment delays.
- Prepare quotations for field sales.
- Direct customer calls to the appropriate persons for support, whether it is clinical, technical or sales support.
- Assure that any customer dissatisfaction reports are elevated per SOP for proper reporting and to assure that the customer needs are met.
- Manage the customer data base to maintain an up-to-date and accurate.
- Prepare any returned good authorizations or credits and assure that all pertinent departments are notified.
- Must keep current on all new and modified products.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- BS or BA Degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communications skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy as well as excellent follow through to task completion.
- Strong PC skills including advance knowledge of Excel are a must. Experience with Epicor is a plus.

Reports to the Customer Service Manager
Hours are 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM
Position is Non-Exempt
