Duties`
- Conduct outbound calls to potential new customers in order to promote products and services. Occasionally schedule face to face meetings in order to close new business.
-Commission structure applies to all new customer closes
- Analyze current customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, striving for customer satisfaction.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with customers and provide accurate information.
- Assist location with AR collections.

Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to upsell or cross-sell products or services to increase sales.
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
