Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs. Responsibilities:
- Answer high volume phone calls during peak season
- Work with CRM Software
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work within Google Sheets and Excel
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
Requirements:
- High attention to detail
- Must have dependable transportation and be on time
- Previous experience in customer service or high call volume atmosphere
- Knowledge of technology, electronics, wireless sales, or jewelry sales is a plus
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
