We are looking for individuals to help us expand our brand through phenomenal customer service and extensive product knowledge. Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Maintain a clean and organized storefront.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information, a big part of the job is continuing your own education as the industry develops.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and uses.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Proven sales skills to effectively upsell and cross-sell products.
-Cash handling experience, can perform basic math calculations and use a calculator.
