AF Management Services is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help run Airport Finance at our central Austin, TX location.

We ask that our Customer Service Representative be organized, friendly, and reliable.

You will be interacting with current and potential customers in person and over the phone.

You will be working with our customers from explaining our loan process to collecting payments along with answering questions about outstanding loans.

You will be responsible for contacting all customers who have become past due, following company instructions and policies and complying with State/Federal laws.

Making payment arrangements with customers that satisfy company policy and standards.

There will be computer work but very basic data entry.

Good money management skills and will be balancing a cash drawer daily.

Job requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual/Spanish a plus
• Good Money management
• Ability to Multitask
• Experience in the loan industry
• Basic Computer entry skills
• Satisfactorily pass a background check
• Must be able to work M-F, 8:30 to 5:00pm
• Hourly rates vary depending on experience
• Monthly incentive bonus, Once hired on full time.
• Holiday and Vacation pay, Once hired on full time

• Salary: $13.00 to $17.00 /hour
