Interface EAP is Hiring a Telephonic Customer Service Intake Coordinator Near Houston, TX
Behavioral Health Care company headquartered in Houston, TX (Westchase District) is seeking an individual for an entry-level Customer Service Intake Coordinator position in our Care Management department. Bilingual preferred.
(This is NOT a remote position.)
Position: Intake Coordinator Customer Service (FT).
Qualifications:
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have one or more year(s) of experience working in a customer service call center, preferably in the behavioral health or medical field.
Must have very strong customer service experience, verbal and written communication skills.
Must have strong typing and multi-tasking abilities.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Bilingual preferred.
Responsibilities:
Telephonic intake and referral for counseling, legal, financial, employee assistance program (EAP) services and work-life/wellness services.
Other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned.
Adherence to established attendance policy is essential.
Job Type:
This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 am- 6:00 p.m.
