About the Role:
As the executive assistant to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO), you will provide high-level administrative support to the CLO and the legal, trade, and government affairs team. The executive assistant is responsible for managing the CLO's calendar, travel arrangements, correspondence, and expenses, as well as preparing reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders. The executive assistant also coordinates meetings, events, and communications with the CEO, executive leadership team, Board of Directors (BOD), and external partners.

Minimum Qualifications

HS Diploma and 4 years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
