Allstates Consulting Services is looking for a Service Desk Coordinator to work with us in Austin, TX. This is a contract to hire opportunity and the pay is $18.
00 - $19.00 per hour and the requirements are listed below.
Minimum 2 years of related technical industry experience to include customer service & dispatching in a call center environment
Worked in ticket system (preferably ServiceNow) handling 75 tickets per day
typing speed 50 WPM
Professional communication skills (both oral and written)
Proven ability to meet SLAs
Strong Attn to detail
Enjoys repetitive work
Adaptable to change
