Lone Star Pediatric Dentistry and Braces is a leading dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional pediatric dental care in a friendly and comfortable environment. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Front Office Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission of ensuring every child has a positive dental experience.
As a Bilingual Front Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dental practice. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, experience as a medical or dental receptionist, and proficiency in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and their families with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, or in person.
- Collect patient information and update records accurately.
- Verify insurance information and process insurance claims.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Manage patient accounts, billing, and payment processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is required.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of dental software systems (preferred but not required).
