We are looking for a kind, motivated individual for the front office of our pediatric dental office. We are always working to make our office a great, fun, and welcoming space for both our patients and our employees!

Looking for an individual who enjoys working with children and their families.

-Excellent phone skills are a must for this position.

-Experience with Open Dental or other dental management software is required.

-At least six months of experience in a dental office is required.

-Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred for this position.

Responsibilities includes:

-Assisting patients in checking in for their appointments, and then helping them check out upon completion of the appointments.

-Collecting payment from patients' parents.

-Reviewing treatment plans with parents and patients.

-Preauthorizing procedures as required by insurance.

-Submitting procedures to insurance for payment.

-Posting payments to patient accounts.

-Ensuring patients and their families have a positive experience from the first phone call to schedule an appointment to their check out.

Pay dependent upon experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
