Austin 3D Dental is seeking an energetic, bubbly, team-oriented front desk personnel to join our state of the art office. Must be highly efficient, detail oriented and able to multi-task. After 90 days of employment, employees will get 6 paid national holidays, 5 additional PTO days after working one year, and 10 PTO days after working two years. Additional benefits include health insurance and monthly bonus.

Prefer to have 5 years of working experience, and minimum of 2 years DENTAL OFFICE front desk experience. Please include your preferred pay when apply.

Main Job duties:

- answering calls, checking in patients, check and respond to emails, finish tasks in timely fashion

- achieving revenue goals by managing patient scheduling, collections, and receivables

- ensure patient services and deliver the best possible patient interaction experience

- excellent patient communications, multitasking and organization

- perform administrative duties as assigned

- occasionally help sister location when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
