Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients in a friendly and personable manner upon arrival, embodying the warm and welcoming atmosphere that defines our practice.
  • Answer phones promptly and professionally, reflecting our commitment to exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.
  • Input new insurance information and verify coverage for new patients with precision and diligence, ensuring seamless transitions for our valued clientele.
  • Maintain the front office area in a neat and professional manner, reflecting the pride we take in our practice's appearance and ambiance.
  • Enter patient records accurately into the system, upholding our commitment to meticulous record-keeping and continuity of care.
  • Update the office calendar with events and appointments, reflecting our dedication to organization and efficiency in managing patient care.
  • Send daily production reports to providers, keeping them informed and aligned with our practice's commitment to transparency and collaboration.
  • Foster and maintain a positive work environment characterized by teamwork, respect, and mutual support among staff members.
  • Resolve patient complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, embodying our commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Schedule treatment appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of our providers' time and resources while accommodating patient needs.
  • Maintain the hygiene schedule, emphasizing the importance of preventive care and oral health maintenance in our practice philosophy.
  • Ensure that patients requiring premedication adhere to protocols upon check-in, prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
  • Send referral letters to specialists and healthcare providers, facilitating comprehensive care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Conduct patient appointment confirmations diligently, minimizing no-shows and maximizing appointment efficiency.
  • Utilize Nexhealth platform to communicate with patients effectively, leveraging technology to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage the office inbox promptly and responsively, demonstrating our dedication to timely communication and patient support.
Qualifications:
