Requirements

• Maintaina high level of customer service at all times
• Workas part of a team with emphasis on communication
• Schedulepatient appointments in accordance with monthly and daily patient goals
• Answerphones and confirm appointments
• Greetand check in patients
• Accuratelyverify dental insurance benefits
• Collectpayments, co-payments and deductibles
• Dentaland medical insurance knowledge is a plus
• Createinsurance claims and submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies on atimely basis
• Maintaina clean and professional office environment at all times
• Assistwith presenting and/or explaining treatment plans to patients
• Willingto assist with back office and marketing as needed
• Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus
