Job Description
Well-established, private, fee-for-service dental practice is looking for a Dental Receptionist with a great personality and a friendly face, who likes to have fun!
Patient-centered practice that provides exceptional care to patients. The ideal candidate should be interested in providing great services to patients and be organized, reliable, team-orientated and enthusiastic about learning with a great attitude.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Compensation: Based upon experience
Requirements

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
• Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication
• Schedule patient appointments in accordance with monthly and daily patient goals
• Answer phones and confirm appointments
• Greet and check in patients
• Accurately verify dental insurance benefits
• Collect payments, co-payments and deductibles
• Dental and medical insurance knowledge is a plus
• Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies on a timely basis
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment at all times
• Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans to patients
• Willing to assist with back office and marketing as needed
• Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus
