We are adding a member to our internal Operations team at InfoWorks. This position would work in the office, Monday through Friday. We are looking for someone who will work 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. This position will report to our Operations Manager and will perform reception duties for all visitors and callers to our office, a variety of office support functions, and other duties as required.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Ensure the reception area is manned and the main telephone line has coverage during business hours
• Greet and direct all visitors and refer phone calls to the appropriate staff members
• Make visitors feel welcome by utilizing a personable approach and a positive attitude
• Maintain a personal and professional rapport with employees, vendors, and clients
• Provide backup support to other operations team members
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and cleanliness of the office itself
• Assist in the distribution of deliveries
• Other duties as assigned
