We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's CEO. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing calendars, working on pitch decks, and light bookkeeping. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the CEO.
Responsibilities
· Manage CEO's calendars, phone, and emails and set up meetings.
· Organize and maintain the office filing system.
· Data Entry of daily expenses and prepare weekly monthly or quarterly reports.
· Oversee the performance of other clerical staff.
· Utilize computer skills to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
· Take minutes during meetings and enter action items in MS Teams Task Planner.
· Support special projects as required, project management skills are a plus.
· Conduct vendor research and sample ordering, handle purchasing and shipping of materials.
· Perform errands and social media updates as needed
