At lilikoi agency, some of the responsibilities of the position will be processing timecards, payroll, onboarding/offboarding team members/vendors, planning monthly events which will be followed up with organizing and successfully executing approved events, daily overseeing of the office environment which includes grocery shopping, running errands both personally and professionally, and rearranging/organizing the office, data clean up so attention to detail is important, creating and posting social media posts on all lilikoi social media accounts, and much more.
This person is the first and last person everyone internally sees so the ideal candidate MUST have a knack for friendly and differing persuasive communication styles to be effective with 40 team members in addition to be able to work with Excel (spreadsheets, budgets, reports), Word (creating, editing proposals, contracts, or letters), and Google Drive (must be comfortable with navigating around Google).
MUST be comfortable with AI platforms. Prior experience in operations, accounting, HR and/or data science is a huge plus.

Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
Monitoring and maintaining multiple email inboxes
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Supports office staff by providing data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and other projects and/or requests
Monitors budgets and contracts by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Organizes and maintains the office
Compile and present data for other departments
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Ensure all projects are moving along seamlessly through the work process from start to completion
Track and prioritize project timelines and ensuring quality standards are met and have a knack for handling multiple deadlines
Ability to take clear, correct notes and communicate those notes to others
