Overview
The Business Analyst Supervisor will lead a group of business analysts whom are ultimately responsible for helping the business grow by understanding customer’s needs and working with technology partners to develop business applications that meet those needs and are aligned with IGT’s business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Represent and communicate product strategy and vision in line with the businesses long-term goals to both internal and external stakeholders
- Develop complete understanding of customers product needs
- Convert market needs to functional requirements
- Develops and maintains 1-3 year product roadmap
- Work with the Technology teams to bring roadmap items to the market
- Provide know-how and problem-solving advice to commercial and product marketing teams engaging with prospective customers, throughout the sales cycle
- Product lifecycle management from concept to phasing out of product(s)
- Collaborate with Marketing to promote the adoption, enablement & retention of customers consuming our product
- Develop Go-To-Market Strategies
- Develop detailed business cases to justify product development investments
- Create detailed product specifications for use in product development efforts
- Perform Competitive Analyses

- Represents the company at gaming shows, and other promotional events
- Support development off training documentation
- Support commercial teams as needed in product commercialization initiatives
- Support delivery teams as needed during product deployment
Requirements
- To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working with a cross functional team of project managers, software developers, and testers
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a technology field
- At least 1 year experience, or equivalent, in product management or as a product owner
- Customer first mind set
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Successful track record of developing products on time and on budget

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,000-$101,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
