You will manage tons of data, managing a wide range of activities in support of collections, revenue management and financial reporting. You will partner closely with senior level business and finance leaders to work through all aspects of customer and vendor payments and their impact on financial planning and reporting. In this role, you will develop and streamline processes and be the controller of our automated payment processes. With your expertise, we will make customer and vendor interaction stress free while managing any associated payment risks.What you will do

• Drive banking and payment processing initiatives for a fast-growing company to ensure our payment processing capabilities and flexibility will scale in an efficient way.
• Be the chief investigator, managing and analyzing payments data from different databases.
• Ensure the integrity of key processes by understanding systems, flow of transactions, internal controls and provide critical analysis and feedback in order to keep improving the process and set policies.
• Monitor organizational compliance with treasury / payment policies.
• Identify, design and propose ways to make the revenue accounting function more efficient, accurate and timely given multiple jurisdictions.
• Build financial models, run scenario analysis and provide data analytics to identify areas of risk and opportunity.
• Provide strategic and tactical support to ensure timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of revenues and expenses.
• Work cross-functionally with accounting and property managers
• Engage with Finance, Property Management and Maintenance teams to understand drivers in business models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Engineering.
• 3-5 years of business experience (preferred treasury/payment processing/database management experience).
• Advanced Excel, BI systems operations and database analysis skills are essential.
• SQL/Python knowledge – huge advantage.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, ability to identify and articulate key business and financial implications.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives and drive to results.
• Positive demeanor, collaborative, and want the team to win.
• Curiosity to learn, love analyzing data and using technology solutions.
