Position Summary

Summary Essential Job Functions

• Point of contact for tasks, deliverables, and supporting documentation for the marketing department concerning audits such as OCC and Internal Review of the Marketing & Advertising UDAAP related processes
• Provide technical assistance and quality support to marketing related initiatives
• Assist in developing new automated tools and reports that analyze core Quality KPIs and performance indices
• Enhance, analyze, and control defect database
• Maintain the Quality & Reporting internal landing page
• Complete regular quality validations of essential marketing materials
• Collaborate with marketing teams throughout the organization to promote and institute quality best practices
• Perform other duties assigned

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
• Minimum one year of experience in a quality assurance capacity
• Experience using reporting and analytical tools (Tableau and MS Excel)
• Understanding of one or more quality/project management methodologies (Lean Six Sigma/Agile)
• Collaborate with team members and conduct deep dive analysis
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Excellent communication skills; ability to convey technical information to non-technical and technical professionals
• Must demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration and integrity

• SharePoint knowledge (including content/document management, issues lists, reporting)
