7 Years' experience in an Agile Business Analyst capacity, working on
7 large-scale Enterprise wide Digital or Data Transformation
7 engagements
Confident challenging assumptions and requests; can present business re-design proposals and specify MVP solutions Ability to translate the vision into prioritized deliverable goals/stories Active leadership and co-facilitation of Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Showcases, Planning sessions, Iteration planning and kick-off, and Story kick-off, ongoing desk-checks and story sign off Those who can develop and manage Scrum sprint backlogs (Epics, Stories, etc.).
Commercial experience developing prototypes to test out ideas, then iterates them based on user feedback Solid experience working in an Agile team to agree and develop system/product designs based on user requirements Can break down epics into manageable user stories including testable conditions of acceptance Ability to create and sustain effective stakeholder relationships, across all levels Resilient and proactive with a strong delivery focus

As a Corp Comm Team Member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance our company's reputation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for internal and external communications. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of our strategies.
