Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Event Planning Team as our Events Administrative Assistant! The Events Administrative Assistant will support our multi-property cluster collective comprised of Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle.
The Administrative Assistant must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Event Sales & Event Planning Managers. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem solving skills.
The hourly rate for this position is $25.25. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who remain in the position for four years, which is $25.76.
