Pay Rate: $16-18/HR
Healthcare Administrative Assistant will be working within a Sleep Disorders Center. This position will be working in the back office, and will support answering incoming calls, documentation within Epic systems, and other related administrative tasks.
Healthcare Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Answering and triaging incoming calls to the office.
- Documenting client information in Epic.
- Processing MyChart message and faxes.
- Interact with patients via phone or Epic
- Utilize technical tools including Microsoft Office, Epic, OnBase, DocuSign.
- Past experience working within Epic and MyChart systems.
- Technology proficiency and ability to learn new tools, including MS Office, Epic, OnBase, and DocuSign.
- Strong customer service skills with clear and concise communication.
- Dependable work style with strong time management.
