Our client is a leading management company based in Scottsdale, AZ, specializing in Ag Tech solutions.

Role Description: The Office Manager/Staff Accountant will play a key role in administrative assistance, office management, and financial oversight. This is a full-time on-site position located in beautiful Scottsdale, AZ.

?? Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

  • Organize, implement, and maintain all accounting procedures.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment of invoices.
  • Generate error-free financial reports and assist in tax audits and returns.
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems for efficiency
  • Take charge of all office equipment, phones, and computer systems.
  • Organize and maintain office functions, including records/files, mail, and equipment.
  • Coordinate support for weekly projects and programs, liaising with vendors.
  • Run biweekly payroll, maintain employee deductions, and assist with 401k administration.
  • Manage new employee onboarding and benefits documentation.
  • Track and maintain payroll-related information such as vacation and sick leave.

?? Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Good Accounting/Finance Foundation
  • Proficiency in using office equipment
  • QuickBooks, Sage, or Oracle ERP systems experience (not required but preferred)
