Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the finance transactional team, managing 2-3 accountants you will be responsible for the reconciliation of cash and certain clearing accounts for all of Troon’s corporate entities. 
• Assist in the identification and implementation of new systems and tools as well as improvements in the design and use of our existing systems to create efficiency and improved accuracy in our processes.
• Manage and coordinate the assignment of multiple team members to ensure the proper allocation of resources to perform department activities within the established deadlines with the highest levels of quality and accuracy.
• Achieves superior customer satisfaction for both internal and external customers. 
• Provide support to Controllership, Tax and FP&A related to various other domestic and international accounting projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance; and 5-7 years of Accounting experience preferred
• Ability to problem solve and demonstrates a strong attention to detail
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills a must
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 a plus
