Summary

Starts at $51,000 AND also includes an incentive program that gets paid out Quarterly to make an additional 5%, and 20% commissions on all upsells.

Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch features 493 rooms and suites with balconies and terraces offering breathtaking sunsets, mountain, or golf course views. Our property offers a state of the art Spa, 2.5-acre water playground complete with a sand beach and 3-story high-speed waterslide, private golf course, and nightly entertainment. The Assistant Front Office Manager reports to the Front Office Manager and supports all duties of the Front Desk and Guest Services operations including colleague training, development, and coaching, internal and external communication, and guest experience management.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience
  • Customer Service skills in a high end environment
