Howe & Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant with at least two years of experience in working with small to medium sized businesses. Howe & Company is a full-service CPA firm with a reputation for high quality. This position would be full-time during the months of tax seasons (January – April and August – October) and part-time during other times.

Our Ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

• Advanced user of Microsoft Office products – mainly Word and Excel
• Comfortable and confident with client contact and the ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task and handle interruptions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational techniques

Salary commensurate with experience. Benefit package includes paid parking, 75% of employee health insurance premium paid, cafeteria plan, 401(k) plan with match and profit sharing.
