About the Role Our Sales Development Representatives partner with home design and renovation professionals (Architects, Home Builders, Interior Designer, Landscape Designers, etc.) to help grow and manage their businesses through local advertising and software solutions on Houzz. If so, then Houzz might just be your next home! __________________ What You’ll Do Prospect new business partners in home improvement across the ANZ Market through outbound calls. Educate design, remodelling and building professionals on the Houzz platform while building value around our Houzz Pro local marketing opportunities and software solutions. Onboard home improvement professionals to Houzz and help them create a free professional profile. Schedule calls between Houzz professionals and our Senior Account Executives. Influence sales and support the monthly sales targets of dedicated Senior Account Executives. Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects. At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have Previous experience interacting with customers/clients. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Tech savviness - You're the go-to tech whiz in your family and could teach your grandparents, or just about anyone, how to post a selfie in seconds! Phenomenal interpersonal skills - You enjoy talking with people in-person and over the phone. Positive and can-do attitude. A self motivated drive to learn and grow your career in sales, marketing and SaaS (Software as a Service.) Goal-oriented and collaborative mindset: we all chip in and support each other to hit our team targets and company goals! Ideally, You’ll Also Have 0-1 years of relevant experience (Ex: Retail Sales, Customer Service, Call Center, Inside Sales, Management Trainee or Hospitality) Verifiable track record of success.
