Scope & General Purpose : The Line Cook is committed to the following job components, designed to create a meaningful, growth-oriented position :
Schedule : Full Time Schedule, across Hook Line’s business hours
Able to work eight hour shifts, plus ability to stand, sit, squat, or walk for extended periods of time, walk up and down stairs
Management Structure : Reports to the Sous Chefs, Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef, and Owner.
