Our teams' workday look like this:
- Fostering a sense of teamwork and collaboration in cultivating a culture aligned with HCC Values and operating principles.
- Verifies charges, investigates discrepancies, processes payments and properly codes and allocates invoices.
- Reconcile AP Aging Report for month end. Processes 1099 for year-end.
- Maintain filing system for AP records. Maintains vendor contracts, W9s, tracks rate changes and contract expirations
Qualifications
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Associates or Bachelors degree in accounting preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc)
- Strong work ethic and effective communication skills
- High-level accuracy, strong-attention to detail and organizational skills
