ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK (Entry Level)

Immediate fulltime position available in our fast-paced Accounting Department for an energetic, detail oriented professional.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, approximately 20 hours/week (preferably mornings)

Salary commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

· Excellent Alpha-Numeric data entry skills with a high accuracy rate.

· Proficiency with Excel

· 10-Key by touch

· Good communication skills both verbal and written

· Good organizational and follow up skills

· Ability to meet critical daily and monthly deadlines

· Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

· Previous experience in Accounts Payable not required but preferred.

· Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV accounting software is a plus.

Testing Requirements: All applicants will be administered a short data entry test.
