ATA Services, Inc., is looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable clerk to work with our client Hawaii's Emergency Management Dept. This position was created to assist with the emergency workload due to the August 8, 2023, Hawaii wildfire disaster. Please review the details listed below:

Hourly Rate: $24- $27

Desired start date: ASAP

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:45 am - 4:30 pm

Summary:

This individual will aid in accounts payable by checking invoices and outstanding payments via HI-EMA provided electronic and hard copy invoices. They will assist with processing paperwork for accounts receivable.

General Responsibilities:

Documents and provides notes for all processed transactions and bills.

Corresponds with vendors/payees, HI-EMA, Department of Defense Accounting, and Procurement Teams.

Builds a system to document and digitalize all accounts payable and accounts receivables records, entries, and transactions.

Other tasks related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
