POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who will play a pivotal role in managing the human resources function at Home Love Construction. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR practices, a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture, and proficiency in leveraging technology to streamline HR processes.

OBJECTIVES

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's values and goals.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
• Utilize technology to streamline HR processes.
• Lead and facilitate employee training and development programs.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements to ensure HR policies and practices are current and compliant.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Technological Proficiency: Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms to streamline onboarding procedures.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- HR Experience is not needed, we will train you!

COMPENSATION

Starting Pay: $20-$23 per hour

WORK SETUP

Utilize personal phone and laptop or other devices.

No allowance provided for personal device use.

WORK HOURS

Working hours: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
