- Formal culinary /pastry arts training is required.
- Strong pastry arts foundation.
- A fine dining experience is preferred.
- Prior Managerial experience is a plus.
- Should be comfortable using and executing basic /advanced pastry techniques.
- Understanding of flavor fusions.
- Passionate about pastry arts and baking
- Will work closely with our executive pastry chef on recipe Development.
- Creating timelines/meeting or exceeding deadlines.
- Should be comfortable using and executing basic /advanced pastry techniques.
- Making and mixing dough recipes.
- Ensure product and visual aesthetic consistency
- Designing donuts with speed and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness of the back of the house.
- Able to work efficiently while putting out a Hoity Toity donut.
- Must be able to work, on weekends, evenings, and special events as needed.
- Delegate duties to BOH/ FOH team members
- Oversee the preparation of doughs, glazes, fillings, and various other products
- Help &/ oversee the finishing of donuts
- Track inventory and be the point person for management for reordering/ingredient needs
- Should be able to inspire her/his co-workers, and have a friendly but firm approach to them.

- Oversee and ensure that EVERY customer has an exceptional experience while indulging in the most delicious donuts ever!
