- Dough mixing.
- Cutting, Proofing, Frying Dough.
- Decorating.
- Prep.
- Decorate donuts and other pastry items by following company standards and instructions laid out by the company.
- Cut, proof, and Fry various types of dough per company standards and instructions laid out by the Pastry Chef.
- Mix the dough for the production assigned to the specifications of recipes.
- Follow the production schedule given each day.
- Scale and prepare recipes.
- Communicating with team members about donut numbers and quality throughout the day.
- Visually identify quality or bad product before and after it is mixed. Removes unacceptable product.
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas including but not limited to tables, shelves, microwaves, mixers, and floors.
- Ensure maintenance of equipment and tools used daily and report any malfunctions to the Executive Pastry Chef immediately.
- Complete and submit cleaning checklists at designated times.
- Other related responsibilities as assigned.
