The Albuquerque office at Hinkle Shanor LLP is searching for a skilled clerical/administrative assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential general office support through a range of clerical and administrative tasks. This is a part time position, 4-5 hours per day Monday through Friday. After a probationary period, there is the possibility of the position becoming full time.
Responsibilities:
· Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
· Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
· Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies.
· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
· Provide other administrative support to staff members and attorneys as needed.
Experience:
· Previous clerical and administrative experience in an office setting is preferred, but not required.
· Proficiency in computerized systems and software, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
