We are seeking a talented and integrity-driven Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and programs daily and for the future. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support of communications and finance through managing files and documents, knowledgable customer support, and assisting with accounting processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and possesses excellent organizational skills.
```Responsibilities```
- Perform general administrative duties, including greeting customers, answering phone calls, monitoring email accounts, calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and distribute documents, correspondence, and reports
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and branding
- Provide exceptional customer support by screening requests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating requests
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Google Workspace and Zoom
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience in a non-profit office setting is preferred
