Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual a plus, but not neccessary.

Duties:
- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
- Maintain organized files and documentation
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in-person interactions

Experience:
- Proven experience in administrative roles or related fields
- Assist with sales and marketing.

- Assist with employee management
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
