J & H Services, Inc. is Hiring an Administrative and Personal Assistant Near Albuquerque, NM

J & H Services, Inc. is part of a multi-entity enterprise specializing in civil construction, and commercial/residential property investment. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Personal/Administrative Assistant to support one of the co-owners in managing administrative tasks, facilitating efficient operations, and ensuring smooth coordination of activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the co-owner, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Perform light bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses, managing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist in maintaining organizational systems and procedures to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Run errands as needed, such as picking up supplies, delivering documents, or handling miscellaneous tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and matters.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the co-owner.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a personal or executive administrative assistant is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. QuickBooks experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
