Job Details
Responsibilities :
1. Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including but not limited to, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
2. Maintain and manage financial records, including bookkeeping, budget tracking, and expense reporting.
3. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Coordinate and facilitate communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring all inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
5. Participate in strategic planning and project management activities, providing insights and recommendations based on industry knowledge and experience.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
7. Perform other administrative duties as assigned, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Qualifications :
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in bookkeeping, with strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
3. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business-related software.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
7. High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred.
