Job Overview:
Hillside Plastics is an established manufacturer of flexible packaging materials located in Hillside, NJ. We are currently looking for a motivated, team-orientated individual to build relationships with customers. You will work hand in hand with internal departments to achieve the highest customer satisfaction possible. Hillside Plastics prides itself on its timely delivery, consistency, and quality of its products.
· Ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including outbound calling, prospect list and individual research
· Understand customer needs and requirements through ongoing rapport development
· Coordinate with internal departments
Requirements
· Plastic sales experience encouraged
· You have a proven track record of strong client relationships
· You have demonstrated ability to meeting and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
· Willingness to travel
· Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
· Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
· Self motivated and driven
