Leading home service company is seeking results-oriented and highly motivated individual to help us grow our Real Estate Services Group.
The Territory Sales Account Executivewill recruit and build relationships with both new and existing Real Estate organizations as well as Independent Agents. The Territory Sales Account Executive will help to on-board, train, and support all real estate, title, mortgage agents’ needs, including order entry, brochures & materials, technical support and general home warranty sales.
This is a regionally focused business to business role with territories across the USA.
The Territory Sales Account Executive will be contacting real estate, title, and mortgage professionals in an assigned territory, selling the benefits we offer and its comprehensive warranty plans. The representative will be responsible for making contacts, setting & attending one-on-one presentations daily.
The Territory Sales Account Executivemust travel throughout the territory visiting real estate, title, and mortgage offices. In this role you will in addition to conducting one-on-one presentations with real estate , title and mortgage professionals, distribute marketing materials to ensure an adequate supply is available throughout the territory. Further the territory sales account executive will be responsible for scheduling and conducting office presentations and attending networking functions within the real estate community.
Valid Driver’s License- You will be driving in your assigned territory. Must live in the state and able to drive 80 % percent.
