Service Sales Manager

We specialize in the Design-Build method of construction resulting in fast-track delivery of the project improvements to our customers. Job Summary

Shambaugh & Son L.P. is seeking a Service Sales person who will be responsible for business development, service sales, deficiency quotations, and small contract projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with Service Manager to generate new sales and assist customers on current agreements
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify sales leads
  • Contribute to writing quotes and contracts for service sales
  • Learn and apply sales techniques
  • Work on increasingly challenging and engaging real-work projects
  • Gain hands-on experience in each stage of the sales funnel
  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications

  • Marketing or sales degree preferred
  • Fire Protection experience a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
  • Must be disciplined and self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience with Microsoft 0365 applications
  • Must have good computer technical experience
