Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the front office operations and ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to appropriate departments
- Provide excellent guest relations by greeting and assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Assist in managing guest check-in and check-out processes
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
- Assist in training and supervising front office staff

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus
