Workplace Drug / Background Screening Sales

Our dynamic workplace sales team is searching for a qualified sales professional with personality, exceptional people skills and a positive attitude.

About Wolfe Inc.

Wolfe Inc has been in the business workplace protection for over 30 years. With locations in Charlotte, Concord, and Asheville, we provide a comprehensive array of clinical and forensic drug testing services, background screening, and applicant tracking program management for organizations of every size and type here in North Carolina and across the nation.

Job Summary

Only sales professionals with aggressive bias towards selling and bringing business into the company will be considered for this position.

This is a territory sales position responsible for representing our full product line and for building relationships with new and existing accounts. The main focus is to help our clients succeed while achieving sales and profit goals established by the company.

We believe in compensating achievement and success. This is a full-time, salaried position with additional commissions paid on sales.

* We will provide full salary for up to 90 Days while employee undergoes product training and orientation.

** This is a territory sales position with Three (3) days travel per week of expected. However, during these unprecedented times and in response to the COVID Epidemic, we will rely heavily on Zoom conferences as a major part of the sales process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Introducing new clients to Wolfe products through cold calling and business relationship development.
  • Follow-up and close provided warm leads.
  • Achieve sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Strategically investigate new sales opportunities and target specific markets within the medical industry.
  • Foster new accounts and maintain existing accounts.
  • Travel to existing and potential client sites throughout entire sales territory.
  • Enthusiastically present and promote Wolfe’s products at conferences.
  • Excellent organizational and reporting abilities, with weekly reports to management.
  • Attend via phone, email, or in person, regular sales meetings, as necessary.
  • Familiar with time, territory, and call cycle management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service and listening skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email).
  • Utilize and expand current CRM.
  • Collaborative/cooperative relations with management and colleagues.

Expected Travel

This position often requires at least Three (3) days minimum traveling to assigned territories each week.

Favorable Background Check and Passing Drug Test required for employment.
