Job Description:
Job Title: Human Resources Analyst.
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 40 Hours per Week
First 2-3 weeks, daily in office. Once training is completed WFH Wednesday through Friday as permitted, based on schedule and business needs.
Position Description: The Human Resources Analyst performs diverse and confidential administrative support functions for the Global Human Resources Department including composing, signing, and releasing routine correspondence. Usually relieves management of administrative details; gathers, compiles and reports information relevant for the Human Resources Department; may manage a number of different and often conflicting objectives, projects or activities at one time. Communicates with management to gather or convey relevant information. May be involved with exposure to sensitive information and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment. Advanced administrative and analytical skills along with thorough knowledge of a variety of software programs are needed.
Responsibilities:
Access OnBase to complete associate updates and changes
Produce and process on boarding documents/paperwork
Maintain employee files and various spreadsheets relating to associates
Process New Hires/Terminations/Changes/Transfers/Promotions for HR and in OnBase
Global Recruiting, post requisitions and review online job postings / update Requisition Spreadsheet / screen and forward resumes to overseas HR and/or Hiring Managers
Weekly updates to HR Manager regarding turnover and current open / closed requisitions, update numbers for weekly reports to senior leadership team
Forward job notices as needed to Home Office for open positions
Track and manage Home Office interview schedules/documentation
Archive HR documents and folders
Update HR process, procedures and policies
Approve and track overseas Leave of Absence requests
Assist with preparation and review of updated overseas Handbooks / Forms etc.
Process invoices
Compile data to prepare employee anniversary listing and communications
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
A minimum of 3-5 years work experience in an Administrative and/or HR role
Knowledge of basic US Human Resources policies / procedures
Ability to handle sensitive and private information with complete confidentiality and tact
Strong written and verbal skills
Reliable, detail-oriented and organized
Excellent customer service skills and follow-up with a sense of urgency
Strong Microsoft Office applications experience, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Willing and able to complete assigned tasks within given timeframes
Desired Skills:
