• Must be a full time undergraduate at an accredited university or college.
• Must have completed at least 12 credit hours of coursework in civil engineering, or a similar curriculum with preliminary studies focused on relevant water resource systems. in good standing.

Licensure:

• Valid Class "C" Texas Driver’s License
